Our beloved Andre

I was reading newsweek at work when I came across this article about fake food. They used this picture and I thought of Crouton.

I will always cherish the memories we had that involved Andre. I've seen Crouton chug Andre out of the bottle on many occasions. I don't blame her, it tasted really good. This picture also reminds me of Hummus' dinner parties and that one time Watermelon Crouton and me knocked on hummus' boy neighbor's door so we could see his big arms.

One thing I regret was not smashing the bottles like what they did in this picture. hehehe.

p/s: In the original post I wrote Clementine instead of Crouton. All the Mandarin oranges (it's almost chinese new year) messed up my mind.

In honor of Valentine's Day

You know how they say the super nice guys always date the super crazy girls? Probably because nobody else would put up with the super crazy girls.

Jolly Green Giant is a super nice guy.

Pondering

There are 2 things I will always be amazed about, no matter how many times I encounter them.

(1) How much spinach shrinks when cooked. I know it shrinks, I've watched it shrink. I love spinach so I see it a lot, but dude, it get tiny. AND IT KEEPS SHRINKING. And it takes barely any heat at all.

(2) How different my hair looks after I style it compared to how the salon did. I swear I did the exact same thing she did with the blow dryer. There wasn't even a round brush, flat brush, ANY BRUSH to deal with. Yet yesterday I looked kind of rockstar, and today I'm just fluffy. I don't think I can chalk it all up to whatever product she used either.
