Pondering

There are 2 things I will always be amazed about, no matter how many times I encounter them.

(1) How much spinach shrinks when cooked. I know it shrinks, I've watched it shrink. I love spinach so I see it a lot, but dude, it get tiny. AND IT KEEPS SHRINKING. And it takes barely any heat at all.

(2) How different my hair looks after I style it compared to how the salon did. I swear I did the exact same thing she did with the blow dryer. There wasn't even a round brush, flat brush, ANY BRUSH to deal with. Yet yesterday I looked kind of rockstar, and today I'm just fluffy. I don't think I can chalk it all up to whatever product she used either.
