I am taking over this blog!

My apartment smells like leeks. I made leek and potato soup, and a mushroom leek tart on puff pastry with parm.

Positive thought for the day:

It's already spring in Cincinnati. I can't remember the last time I lived somewhere where it wasn't snowing for at least some of March.

(I would follow that with "which means the bugs will come back to life soon" but that would be a negative thought.)
