And also demolishing a gigantic zucchini. I made this:

based on this recipe. We took a few shortcuts though and managed to burn the crust a little bit, but it was still tasty and delicious. Also, I was mad at my pastry for not puffing like it was supposed to, but still, it's dough and I love dough so I couldn't stay mad for long.
We also baked up some zucchini chips. AND I still have 1/3 of the enormous thing left. I think zucchini bread is in my future.
