To sum up my trip to Texas...

Half of the cookies and milk buffet at the hotel, served every night... yum!

Table-side guacamole, which they make in front of you...probably the best part of Texas.
Bull statues?
As you can see, I wasn't all that interested in taking photos of people...unless they were making food.
